December 2001 (again)

Few things to note: 1) I've just seen the Lord of the Rings -- look forward to a complete spoiling of it here very soon (if you can call telling the details of a movie that was made from one of the most read books of the 20th century spoiling). And: 2) The world of soaps will be converted to a Blogger page -- What is a Blogger page? Basically what you're looking at now, except I can access it from any computer attatched to the net -- I don't have to edit a page then upload the silly thing, www.blogger.com handles it all for me. Who knows? maybe I'll do the same here......

By the way, I don't know if you ever noticed the little copyright notice at the bottom, but this month is the 5th anniversary of this website. Granted, it's changed location 3 times -- and format twice, but it's always been here.

Yes, I know, it's been an outrageously long time since I've actually posted anything to this site. Between actually working for a living, various and sundry hardware projects, a new addition to my family, and Roller Coaster Tycoon -- there haven't been many chances to actually sit down and update stuff. That and the fact the www.fgi.net/~willy is officially gone, make visits to the site somewhat haphazard for you folks too. It seems most of my visitors are people looking for info on obscure and ancient hardware. Oh well...

Given the concern about banner companies snooping on folks, I've decided to drop the link exchange banner from this site -- it, and the stupid web rings, never generated anything resembling traffic -- so why bother?
